    该系列产品在PVC塑料颗粒原料中添加一定比例的含有木质纤维填料（木粉）和各种加工助剂，通
过高混机混合后，利用专用设备和模具可制成各种形状，具有天然木材料特征的纳米PVC塑木复合室内
装饰材料制品，采用挤出微发泡法工艺，具有比重轻、成本低、效率高、耗时短和可实现自动连续生产，长度任意裁定等优点；可根据不同原料和颜色生产出不同等级、不同规格、不同颜色的制品。采用清华大学材料系专利技术设备对木粉进行了表面包覆处理，使其能与PVC树脂很好的结合，达到最佳结合界面。使用的原料和生产过程不需要胶水粘合，是一种零甲醛释放，百分百可以回收利用的全新绿色环保 复合装饰材料。

Production Introduction：
Adopting the micro-extrusion foaming process,then adding a certain percentage of wood wadding (wood powder)and various processing additive to PVC plastic granule materials, this series of products can be made into nano PVC wood plastic composites indoor decoration materials products which have various forms and the wooden character are made from by specialized equipments and molds.They have some advantages such as light specific gravity, low cost, high efficiency, achieve shorter time-consuming and automation continuous production, length of arbitrary rule and so on; they also can be made into products of different grades ,specifications and colors according to different materials and colors. Materials department of Tsinghua University used patented technology equipments to process the surface of wood powder coated with PVC resin to be the best interface .The use of materials and the production process does not require glue bond ,so this series is a new green environmental protection composite decoration material with zero-formaldehyde and 100% can be recycled.

性能特点
1、优异的防水性、阻燃性、耐老化性：
     吸水率极低，阻燃性好，尺寸稳定性好，抗摩擦、耐潮湿、耐酸性、耐老化、耐寒、抗紫外线，超强自洁，不被虫蛀、不长真菌、耐酸碱、无毒害、无污染等优良性能。
2、优异的防霉性和耐腐蚀性：
     木粉本身的耐腐蚀性较差，但经清华大学材料系专利技术包覆处理后，霉菌缺少滋生的环境，木粉表面吸附了防霉剂，大大提高了防霉性能。因此本材料具有很好的耐腐蚀性；
3、天然木质感强：
     本纳米复合塑木材料中木粉含量可达50%以上，同时通过微发泡，制品密度可控制在0.6-1.0g/cm3之间，与木材的密度非常接近，内部组织较为疏松，天然木质感强，亲切自然、返朴归真。
4、质坚量轻、绿色环保：
     产品质坚、量轻、保温、表面光滑平整；不含甲醛及其他有害物质；不需油漆，不污染环境，100%可回收循环利用，可生物降解，无毒害、与环境友好，是典型的绿色环保材料，是木材的理想替代品，国家鼓励生产。
5、具有木材和塑料的双重加工特性：
     加工简单，可应用木工加工方法灵活加工。可钉、可钻、可刨、可粘、可锯、可削、可磨等二次加工， 亦可做上漆处理。
