Economic Efficiency Analysis
Taking gardens landscape materials for example,adopting waste PE plastics recycling and wood powder (or rice husks) as materials to invest a wood-plastic PE profiled materials production line which annual output is 500 ton , about 688,000 yuan for production line total investment（containing a set of moulds and an item of building materials technology）, other conditions can be calculated according to the Reference data.

 

Production Cost and Benefit Analysis（for reference only）：
1. Annual sales income: 500T×9000.00 yuan/T=4500，000 yuan（RMB）
（according to the market price , this material is 9000.00 yuan/ton）
2.Raw material cost: about 6000.00 yuan/ton for waste PE plastics Material, 300.00 yuan/ton for rice husks and about 500.00 yuan/ton for chemistry preparation, inverse proportion: PE plastics: rice husks: chemistry preparation=30%:60%:10%=3:6:1 , actual raw material cost is 2030.00 yuan/ton
3. Operating costs:
①Workers'wages:there are 8 workers in a production line,1000yuan /month. 8×1000×12=96,000 yuan/year;
②Electric charge:the actual amount is 60% of the total installed capacity which is about 150 KW,
calculating in accordance with 0.50 yuan/ kwh :150×60%×300×24×0.50 =324,000yuan;
③Equipment depreciation:15 years: 68,8000/15=45,700 yuan;
④Manage charge+ selling expenses:3% income：4,500,000×3%=135,000yuan;
⑤Costs of Nanometer WPC production line:
（96,000yuan+324,000yuan+45,700yuan+135,000yuan）/500 ton=1,021.00yuan/ton
4. Total costs of Nanometer WPC boards: 2030.00+1201.00=3231.00yuan/ton
5.Pure profit/year:4,500,000-5,000,000×0.3231≈2,880,000yuan
